PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

I have been a resident of the Monterey Peninsula since 1969 and have served as a local residential real estate professional since 1986. My ability to approach each transaction individually comes from my understanding and sensitivity to each person’s own real estate needs. I am a member of the Senior Housing Specialist, Coldwell Banker Previews Property Specialist, Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle, Monterey County Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

DESIGNATIONS

CRS -   Certified Residential Specialist, is awarded to residential real estate associate who have  by training, education and by actual sales achievement, met the highest standards of  performance within the real estate industry.

GRI  -   Graduate Realtor Institute, is achieved by successfully completing 15 different courses,  Including Legal & Disclosure, Contract, Marketing, Financing, Investment Properties, Environmental Issues and Taxes.

SRES -  Seniors Real Estate Specialist, is achieved by successfully completing an educational program along with other prerequisites to help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, or managing the capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate. Also, will  refer the Seniors to other professionals such as attorneys and C.P.A’s to assist in the difficult decisions.
